Designer shingles

When my son was house hunting, moving from Virginia to Tennessee, he spent a very long time looking for the perfect house.  I thought he’d never find the house he wanted!

Of course, with a limited amount of money for a down payment, and a limited monthly income at the time, some concessions had to be made.

He wanted 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and he wanted to be close to the city of Nashville.   After months of searching, he finally found one that he liked, and bought it.  He has been living there for about ten years now; his income has increased, and he has decided that it is time to spruce it up and put on a new roof.  He wants it to stand out as the best looking house in the neighborhood and be the envy of all the neighbors!

I have told him that there is a company called GAF that has really nice designer roofing tiles that would not only make his house more attractive, but it would also add a lot of value to his house.  They have a design range that includes design choices of shingles that look like wood, stone, and slate.  I’ve suggested that he Explore GAF Roofing Options!

Their GAF-Elk’s Premium Designer Shingles have a 50+ year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.  They also offer something called Smart Choice® protection.  Smart Choice® protection is a 10 year non-prorated reimbursement for both replacement materials and installation labor and 110 mph wind coverage.

In addition to residential designer shingles, GAF also sells commercial roofing, composite railing and decking, premium decorative stone, ornamental iron, ductwork, and specialty fabrics.

GAF is one of North America’s largest and fastest growing building products manufacturers.

GAF has been in business since 1886, so you know that they can be trusted to stand behind their products!
