I have a set of French Doors in my dining room that overlook the back yard.  I currently have sheer curtains on the doors.  I thought that would be a good window covering, they would provide some modicum of privacy, yet they would also let in light.

The problem is that my cat has decided to chew on the bottom edges of the curtains, and now they look horrible.  My hubby wants me to replace them with Discount Mini Blinds, but I think that I am going to replace them with special shutters made especially for French Doors.  I like the look of shutters, and I think that shutters will withstand the test of pet abuse better than mini blinds could.
