My step-mother has invited us to visit her in Florida

A few years ago my step-mother moved to the Gulf coast of Florida.  She has been constantly inviting us to come visit her, but life has always gotten in the way of doing that.  It looks like we might actually be able to go visit her later this spring!

She loves to spend her days on the water fishing.  So I’m sure she will want to take us fishing at least one of the days we are there.  She says she loves to go bass fishing.  I didn’t realize that there were bass in the Gulf of Mexico, but I went onto google to research what kind of fish there are in the Gulf, and it says that there are striped bass!  Well, that surprised me for sure!

She called me last night to invite us (again) to come visit, and was telling me that she   just bought an electronic lure called a magnabait that she will try out the next time she goes fishing.  She told me that it is one of the best electronic lures that is on the market.  She said it uses four different ways to lure the fish, and it is guaranteed to help catch 200% more fish.  That would certainly make fishing a lot more exciting!  Maybe I would enjoy fishing more if I actually caught a fish or two!

She told me to check out the information about the lure at magnabait.com if I was interested in learning more about it.

Ginger ale – the nectar of gods!

My family probably thinks I’m nuts.  Every time someone gets sick in my family, I tell them to drink lots of ginger ale.

I’ve found that ginger ale will settle an upset stomach quickly, so it is a great cure for nausea.  And it is easier on the stomach than plain water, so it is a great beverage to drink to prevent dehydration.  It has a little bit of sodium and sugar, so it helps to keep the body nourished when it might otherwise be suffering from little food intake.

When I’m sick, I drink room-temperature ginger ale.  I find that cold beverages are harder on the stomach and sinuses, so I try to avoid drinking anything cold.

Inexpensive watches

As I’ve mentioned before, I love jewelry!  And I prefer to buy inexpensive costume jewelry rather than expensive “genuine” jewelry.  That way I can have MORE “sparklies” in my jewelry box to choose from!

I love to wear pretty watches when I go out.  I don’t like having cell phones or pagers hanging off of my waist, they are bulky and ugly.   And I like to be able to know what time it is when I go out – it is amazing how many places that I go to that do not have clocks that you can see easily!

I think replica watches are a good way to buy nice looking watches that don’t cost a lot of money.  There are a wide variety of replica watches on the market; it is easy to find a replica watch that looks like the “big name” watches.  There is a good website I’ve found that sells replica watches that is worth taking a look at if you are in the market for a nice looking replica watch.  I especially like the ladies two-toned replica rolex watch. I like the two-toned watch because I think that I can wear it with more outfits than a one-toned watch.
