Wholesale costume jewelry

I’ve found a really great Internet website that sells wholesale costume jewelry to businesses.  They sell a line of celebrity inspired jewelry and have really good specials.  It is called cheapwholesalejewelry.com.  They have a club membership that you can join to get better prices.

They sell some really great looking inexpensive matching jewelry sets that make it easy to accessorize an outfit!

I don’t run a business myself, so I can’t order from them, but my mother runs a business, and she is always looking for new products to sell.  I think I’ll give her a call and tell her about this company, and see if she might order some items from them for me!

I love costume jewelry

I’m a quirky person.  I think of myself as a plain, no-frills country girl.  When I dress, I dress very modestly.  But I love jewelry!  I can’t help it, maybe it’s a “woman thing.”  If it is shiny and glittery, I just love it!

However, when I wear jewelry, it tends to be classic, small and delicate, I’m not the type of person that gravitates toward the large chunky pieces.  And, being frugal, I try to buy costume jewelry.  I have a few “good” pieces, but I like to buy the inexpensive stuff.  Just in case in gets lost or stolen, I won’t feel quite so bad about it being gone!

Phone cards

My family origins are from France and England, and I still have a lot of relatives near London.  My aunt calls them frequently to keep in touch.

My aunt lives on a limited income, essentially surviving on Social Security and donations from her church and relatives.

For Mother’s Day, I’m going to buy her several international calling cardsfrom the Internet website at getmecallingcards.com for her to use to call our relatives in England.  They have a lot of calling cards I can buy to use to call England that have no connection fees and 0 cents per minute!

Getmecallingcards.com has an enormous selection of calling cards that you can use to call any country in the world.  I’m sure that I can find some great deals there!

How rude

Today I was talking with my boss about a situation that happened at work.  In the middle of my sentence coming out of my mouth a woman walked up and pushed right past me and started talking to my boss as if I wasn’t even there!

I was shocked and did not quite know how to react.  In retrospect I wish I had interrupted her and said “EXCUSE ME, but I was talking, please wait your turn.”  But I was trying to be polite (even though she obviously wasn’t) and stopped talking.  I guess I was expecting my boss to tell the lady to wait her turn, but that didn’t happen.  My boss simply started talking with her, and acted as if I wasn’t even there!

After a few minutes of standing there, waiting for my turn, it became apparent that I was never going to get my turn back, so I just walked away.

I am furious – I felt as if my boss does not think I have any importance at all, to have let that happen.  I think that if it ever happens again I will NOT hold my tongue to be polite, I WILL say “EXCUSE ME but I was talking and you need to wait your turn.”

I can’t believe how much this has upset me.  I try really hard to be polite and wait my turn to talk, and I can’t get over the gall this woman had treating me like I was invisible!
