As I was driving home from work this afternoon, I noticed that the tulip trees are starting to drop their petals, carpeting the ground beneath them. They are still pretty, but I am sad to see them start to go by. I loved to look at them so much when they were at their peak!
The cherry trees seem to be at their peak right now, and they are very pretty, too! The crab-apples seem to be starting to bloom, and I was surprised to see several rhododendrons in bloom already – I wasn’t expecting them so soon!
