I think that exterior shutters give a house a “finished” look.  Similar to a woman putting on a pair of earrings before she goes out of the house.  A house just doesn’t look “done” without shutters.  And the shutters have to be in good shape, or the whole house looks neglected.  Our house needs new shutters.  Larson Shutter [...]
