Not particularly the most handsome actor out there, but Bruce Willis is so sexy. I am not even a fan of the shaved head, but I understand why he does it. I just like the nice body and the expressive face and his strong, confident attitude in all his roles.
I like Bruce Willis movies a lot more than the Mel Gibson movies. Mel was hot when he was young, but age has not been kind to him and his social behaviors are atrocious. I have no interest in supporting that arrogant jerk with my entertainment monies.
Most of the time when I go to a barbecue place I order either the pulled pork or the beef brisket. If it is the first time in a BBQ joint, I usually stick with pulled pork – hard to mess that up and it gives me a good idea of the taste of their sauces. If the pulled pork is good and I decide to go back, I usually order the brisket. A good brisket is much harder to cook and serve. Most places over cook the brisket and it turns out dry and tough. But if they are a good BBQ joint, their brisket will be moist, falling off the fork tender and have a nice tangy sauce on the side.
Have you ever flipped channels and just caught the very end of a movie and have no idea what the title was? It happens to me all the time and is very frustrating. Why can’t they put the name of the movie at the end of it when they run the credits for everything else? It seems like a no brainer – after all – how many movies are seen on cable now compared who goes to watch them in theaters? I know I cannot afford to see all the new movies in an overpriced and dirty theater. I watch them on cable and once in a while rent them at Redbox.
Spades is a social game and pits with against people that have different styles and personalities. I don’t worry about the opponents so much as I worry about having a good partner. The wrong partner can cost you the game faster than more skilled opponents or a few bad deals. It is critical to have a partner who understands the game and is willing to work with you as a team. The same principle applies to a successful marriage and a happy life.
